Brian Lawrence has over 20 years of healthcare and Life Plan Community (CCRC) experience. He began serving Fellowship Senior Living, Inc. as chief financial officer in 1999, and in 2006 added the title of executive vice president.

With a very well-rounded understanding of the Life Plan Community and healthcare business and ten years of progressively senior responsibility at Fellowship Senior Living, Brian assumed the duties of president and CEO in 2009. Mr. Lawrence is a licensed nursing home administrator and certified public accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Seton Hall University. He graduated magna cum laude with an executive master of business administration in finance from the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University.

As president and CEO, Brian leads Fellowship Senior Living’s senior leadership team with responsibility for overall health and medical services, independent living and home and community-based services, operations and performance. He actively participates with the Fellowship Senior Living Board of Directors, ensuring the execution of strategic planning and development initiatives. His number one priority is providing a high level of care and services to seniors as well as maintaining the sound financial health of Fellowship Senior Living. Brian serves on the board of directors of LeadingAge New Jersey and is a member of the American Society on Aging, LeadingAge, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He resides in Millburn, New Jersey, with his wife, son and daughter.

He then proceeded as an audit manager in healthcare and progressed into senior leadership roles at Terrance Cardinal Cooke Health Center, serving as an EVP, COO and CFO, leading the programmatic and financial growth for this multifaceted company. Mark then served as the CFO and COO at Highbridge Community Development Corporation, a not-for-profit real estate management and development company. Mark is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and resides in Ramsey, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.

Jack opened and successfully ran a state-of-the-art sub-acute facility and achieved JCAHO accreditation in Bergen County. He has an extensive background in healthcare administration and is a licensed nursing home administrator in New Jersey and New York. Jack holds a master of business administration in healthcare administration from Mount Sinai School of Medicine as well as degrees in economics and social work.

Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for a large Life Plan Community in suburban Philadelphia. There he supervised a team of sales professionals responsible for census growth in all levels of care, while also providing a strong marketing presence in the community.

Nick resides in Doylestown, Pa. with his wife Becky, and their two rescue dogs Mia and Louie. Nick and his wife are volunteers with Wags Rescue where they assist with the relocation, housing, and adopting of dogs from the south. To date they have fostered over 50 dogs who were adopted by permanent families.

In her current role, Liz oversees our Home and Community Based Services, which covers a wide range of needs, allowing individuals to remain in their communities and homes. This division was created to further our mission to help serve the most vulnerable individuals in the community and to promote independence for seniors who may need supervision, while remaining in the comfort of their own home.

Home and Community Based Services include Fellowship Helping Hands, which provides private duty assistance with activities of daily living to clients both on and off campus, Fellowship Garden State Hospice which provides end-of-life care, compassion and comfort for loved ones and their families who reside on and off of our campus and Fellowship Freedom Plans — a unique, affordable long-term care planning option that allows you to remain independent, in control and in your own home for as long as possible. Fellowship Freedom Plans combine the financial protection of long-term care assurance, the advocacy of a personal care coordinator and the security of a Life Plan Community (fka CCRC) — all with the freedom of living in your own home!

The Fellowship Foundation was formed in July 2019 to grow the philanthropy program at Fellowship Senior Living in support of the mission. Julie has worked in the health care field for twelve years most recently as Vice President, Development and Communications for Alzheimer’s New Jersey.

Julie has always had a passion for the nonprofit community, involving herself in volunteering, teaching and community outreach for non-profits throughout her career. She graduated from Seton Hall University with a History major and Temple University with an MBA in Health Administration. Schuldner currently serves as a Board Member for Family Promise of Sussex County and as Past Chair of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Not-for-Profit Roundtable. Julie resides in Sparta with her husband and two sons.

Stanley has over 40 years of experience in public accounting and taxation and still active in the professional practice with offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Morin has been a frequent speaker on various accounting, tax and estate related topics. His concentrations are primarily in not-for-profit, corporate, and taxation matters. Stanley is a graduate of Husson University in Bangor, Maine, with graduate work completed at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is chairman of the board and finance committee of Fellowship Senior Living.  Mr. Morin has served on the board and committees of various local and national not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He is a trustee/secretary of the Jack Weisberg Charitable Foundation.   Mr. Morin is a member of the Rockaway Township Lions Club, Rockaway Township Library Charitable Foundation, trustee of the NJ Lions Charitable Foundation, chairman of the audit committee of his homeowners association, and has served in various capacities of these organizations. Mr. Morin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is an active member of the New Jersey State Society of CPAs, having served as a trustee, is currently on the not-for-profit, accounting and auditing, and was past chairman of the society professional conduct and ethics committees. Mr. Morin resides with his wife in Rockaway, New Jersey, and has three children and three grandchildren.

She is the CEO of Teleplus HealthCare; A medical software company that enables hospitals and providers to manage chronic care illnesses on a population level.   Suzanne has a strong belief in disease prevention and preservation of quality of life. Suzanne has practiced various aspects of acute care and cardiology across the health care spectrum. She has also worked as a consultant to several hospitals to establish preventive care, chronic care management and telemedicine. Suzanne earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, her master’s at Seton Hall University and her Doctorate at Rutgers University.

Church and God have always been a part of Morley’s life. In his eyes, church provides a sense of community and family where one feels safe and loved. It is the abiding presence of God that holds everything together. Reverend Morley attended Saint Joseph’s University and received a BS in psychology and departmental honors in theology, where he experienced God in the ritual, art, gesture and sacrament of the regular celebration of the Holy Eucharist. It changed his life forever, and that experience helped bring him into the Episcopal Church, where he heard a call to ordained ministry. Morley received his master of divinity in 2002 from The Candler School of Theology at Emory University and became an ordained priest in the same year.

The experiences of being an area missioner for western Maryland, marriage, parenthood and being priest and pastor to the people continue to shape his understanding of God in Christ. For Morley, it’s the relationship with God and Christ that matters. Morley wants to help others to desire and delve into their own unique, authentic, intimate relationship with God, too. Reverend Morley wants to help inspire people to become disciples of Jesus and to inspire disciples to become apostles. Reverend Morley lives in Basking Ridge with his loving wife and two daughters.

Pastor Ted Harvey joined the board of directors of Fellowship Senior Living in 2015. Pastor Harvey was born and raised in East Texas. He received a bachelor’s in radio and television communications from Stephen F. Austin State University and graduated from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1988 with a master’s in religious education.

He has served as pastor for several churches, and since 1999 has served as the senior pastor at Somerset Hills Baptist Church in Basking Ridge. Pastor Harvey has volunteered and served in many leadership roles, including the leadership team of the North Jersey Network of Churches since 2008 and as executive board member of the Baptist Convention of New York (BCNY) since 2003. He currently serves as chairman of BCNY.

Pastor Harvey seeks to lead others to Christ by sharing his faith, encouraging people to fellowship with other Christians through membership, maturing the body of Christ through discipleship, equipping others for ministry through the discovery of their spiritual gifts and motivating them in mission involvement through exalting God in worship. He is called to serve as a pastor in an evangelical Christian church, using his skills in leading, administering, preaching/teaching, counseling and discipline. Pastor Harvey resides in Basking Ridge with his wife of 32 years, and they have a son and daughter.

After law school he completed a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Mahlon Fast, J.S.C. Since joining the firm, he has received a master of laws degree from New York University School of Law (L.L.M., 1997).

Jeffrey is a member of the Essex, Hudson and Morris county bar associations. He was also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals (3rd Circuit). As a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, he has lectured on their behalf with regard to trial advocacy, and in 2010 lectured for the New Jersey Association for Justice regarding the use of rebuttal testimony. Jeff has also been a member of the William J. Brennan, Jr. Inn of Court since 1997. Jeff is a long-standing member of the New Jersey chapter of The Miami Project, dedicated to the cure of paralysis, and he was recently approved in 2013 to sit on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s 10B Ethics Committee for Morris County for a four-year term.

George Fricke has been a resident of Fellowship Village since 2013. Mr. Fricke was born in West Orange, New Jersey, and graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, with a BS in business administration.

He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War as a naval officer on a destroyer and at the Bureau of Naval Personnel in Washington, D.C. Mr. Fricke retired from New Jersey Bell in 1988 after 33 years in the Bell System in various management positions in the traffic, operator services, engineering, switching, network, personnel, and training and development departments. He served on the board of trustees of Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey, for 22 years and was honored in 2011 by being named trustee emeritus. Mr. Fricke was awarded an honorary doctor of humane letters upon retirement from the Thomas Edison State College Board. He is active in the Presbyterian church in Basking Ridge as elder and church historian. Mr. Fricke has served as a member of the Residents’ and Members’ councils, chair of the Operations Committee, Secretary of the Communications Committee and instructor at the Saturday iPad club for seniors at Fellowship Village.

Jack Woods came to Fellowship Village as a resident in 2016 after living in the Somerset Hills area for the prior fifty-four years. A graduate of Dartmouth College, where he received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering, and of NYU, where he earned an MBA and PhD in Finance and Economics; he subsequently taught Corporate Finance and Investments, primarily at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison.

Prior to that he had served in the US Army, worked in the shipyard business and was a security analyst on Wall Street.

Following his retirement, he and his late wife, Suzanne, became avid world travelers, an activity which honed his keen interest in photography. He and Sue had four children, two of whom live nearby. Since moving to Fellowship Village, Jack has participated in varied activities; he is a member of the Communications Committee, is active with several other undertakings and serves as Treasurer of the Residents’ and Members’ Council.

Chuck received his degree in Industrial Engineering at Lafayette College and went on to earn an MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Chuck began his professional career working for the international consulting firm of Arthur D. Little, Inc. in Cambridge, MA.

In 1983 he became the founder and President of Merchandise Management Systems (MMS), Inc. a Retail planning and inventory software application. MMS worked with over 100 major retailers around the world. Chuck is recognized within the industry as a leading expert in the areas of merchandise planning and allocation.

In 2016 he retired after being acquired by one of the several larger software companies he worked with over the years. Chuck and his wife Betsy reside in Bernardsville. He enjoys golf, long summer nights in Maine and the shore with family and friends and rooting for the Boston Red Sox.
