Mr. Lawrence is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and an Executive Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University.

As President and CEO, Mr. Lawrence is currently leading FSL’s senior leadership team with responsibility for overall healthcare and medical services, independent living and home community based services operations and performance.  Mr. Lawrence actively participates with the FSL Board of Directors, ensuring the execution of strategic planning and development initiatives. His vision and number one priority is providing a high level of care and services to seniors as well as the sound financial health of the organization.

Mr. Lawrence received the “President’s Award” from LeadingAge NJ in 2019 for his outstanding accomplishments in the senior living industry.  He is a member of the American Society on Aging, LeadingAge, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He resides in Millburn, New Jersey with his wife, son, and daughter.

Mrs. Fandel is a member of LeadingAge and is a graduate of Larry Minnix Leadership Academy.  With over 30 years of progressive business and development experience, Mrs. Fandel is a strong and strategic leader who is a highly effective, results-oriented senior-level professional with extensive business management, marketing and operational expertise.

Mrs. Fandel is a key contributor to Fellowship Senior Living’s strategic planning process and initiatives. Her leadership skills and operational expertise have increased revenues by over 15%. Her entrepreneurial nature, creativity and innovative ideas and solutions have and continue to strengthen all of Fellowship Senior Living’s programs and services.

Mrs. Fandel brings with her to Fellowship Senior Living a passion for providing our seniors both on-campus and off-campus with superior quality care and services.  She is a native of Chevy Chase Maryland, is married, has three children and currently resides in Morristown, NJ.

Prior to joining Fellowship Senior Living Mr. Mazzella held roles in financial and operational leadership positions for one of the largest senior healthcare providers in New York. During his tenure, Mr. Mazzella established one of the first sub-cute care facility in NY, expanded speciality services, and restructured the financial and operational programs to generate profitability through efficiencies and strategic initiatives.  His expertise also includes the oversight and management of a large portfolio of senior housing projects.

At Fellowship Senior Living Mr. Mazzella is a key member of the senior leadership team and is responsible for all financial, accounting and reporting procedures and internal controls. He oversees daily and long term financial planning and integration with operations, development, budgeting, financial, audit, and compliance reporting. Mr. Mazzella has been integral in financial, strategic, and financing initiatives to position Fellowship Senior Living as a strong provider within the senior living market place.

Mr. Mazzella has been honored for his accomplishments in the health care field and has been recognized and awarded for his innovative initiatives in the delivery of specialized health care services.   He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting Information Systems from Pace University and is member of the American College of Health Care Executives and Leading Age.  Mr. Mazzella resides in Ramsey, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.

As part of the leadership team at Fellowship Senior Living Mr. Ellias has contributed significantly to the expansion and repositioning of Health and Medical Services to meet older adults’ prerequisites.  He has led the efforts to provide a home-like environment with a person centered culture by transitioning from an institutional model of care to a household model.  The household model focuses on the needs of the person while increasing engagement and providing a healthier living environment.  Mr. Ellias also guided the growth and expansion of Fellowship Medical Group, providing geriatric and specialty medicine to residents and the broader community.

He holds a master of business administration in healthcare administration from Mount Sinai School of Medicine as well as degrees in economics and social work from Queens College, City University of New York. Through understanding what resonates with older adults and families, Mr. Bottaro is able to best position print and digital marketing efforts to maximize qualified leads. He ensures leads are cultivated through relationship-driven strategies, understanding their needs, and building trust.

Mr. Bottaro recognizes that brand awareness and marketing penetration is key to drive sales.  Having a diverse digital presence with an engaging website design and content, optimized keywords, and targeted pay per click campaigns is essential in today’s marketplace. He also recognizes that the right digital approach needs to be complemented with the appropriate direct mail campaign to reach the right demographic.

Prior to when a prospective resident or family member tours a community, Mr. Bottaro ensures that their new home is marketable to today’s consumer.  He has established internal procedures to guarantee the residents new home is move-in ready and welcoming.

Mr. Bottaro during his career has received several awards for increase sales and census growth.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Penn State University.  He resides in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two dogs.

Nick resides in Doylestown, Pa. with his wife Becky, and their two rescue dogs Mia and Louie. Nick and his wife are volunteers with Wags Rescue where they assist with the relocation, housing, and adopting of dogs from the south. To date they have fostered over 50 dogs who were adopted by permanent families.

In 1982, Mr. Mercado joined Compass Group and worked at several locations in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania where he gained a wealth of knowledge and know-how over the last 35-plus years on the right approaches to deliver a 5-star dining experience.  In recognition for his achievements in financial performance, customer service, and hospitality training Mr. Mercado received the President’s Award.

Mr. Mercado inherently understands the three primary areas that every restaurant or meal must achieve to provide the best experience to the customer – Presentation, Service, and Quality. Without those three special ingredients, a resident’s expectations will never be met.

At Fellowship Senior Living, Mr. Mercado has received many accolades, awards and recognition for his dedication to the customers and guests he has had the pleasure of serving over the years. He has earned the respect of his residents, colleagues, and the senior living industry for his unyielding devotion to people and service.

Julie has always had a passion for the nonprofit community, involving herself in volunteering, teaching and community outreach for non-profits throughout her career. She graduated from Seton Hall University with a History major and Temple University with an MBA in Health Administration. Schuldner currently serves as a Board Member for Family Promise of Sussex County and as Past Chair of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Not-for-Profit Roundtable. Julie resides in Sparta with her husband and two sons.

His concentrations are primarily in not-for-profit, corporate, and taxation matters. Stanley is a graduate of Husson University in Bangor, Maine, with graduate work completed at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is chairman of the board and finance committee of Fellowship Senior Living.  Mr. Morin has served on the board and committees of various local and national not-for-profit and charitable organizations. He is a trustee/secretary of the Jack Weisberg Charitable Foundation.   Mr. Morin is a member of the Rockaway Township Lions Club, Rockaway Township Library Charitable Foundation, trustee of the NJ Lions Charitable Foundation, chairman of the audit committee of his homeowners association, and has served in various capacities of these organizations. Mr. Morin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is an active member of the New Jersey State Society of CPAs, having served as a trustee, is currently on the not-for-profit, accounting and auditing, and was past chairman of the society professional conduct and ethics committees. As a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, he has lectured on their behalf with regard to trial advocacy, and in 2010 lectured for the New Jersey Association for Justice regarding the use of rebuttal testimony. Church and God have always been a part of Morley’s life. In his eyes, church provides a sense of community and family where one feels safe and loved. It is the abiding presence of God that holds everything together. Reverend Morley attended Saint Joseph’s University and received a BS in psychology and departmental honors in theology, where he experienced God in the ritual, art, gesture and sacrament of the regular celebration of the Holy Eucharist. It changed his life forever, and that experience helped bring him into the Episcopal Church, where he heard a call to ordained ministry. Morley received his master of divinity in 2002 from The Candler School of Theology at Emory University and became an ordained priest in the same year.

The experiences of being an area missioner for western Maryland, marriage, parenthood and being priest and pastor to the people continue to shape his understanding of God in Christ. For Morley, it’s the relationship with God and Christ that matters. Morley wants to help others to desire and delve into their own unique, authentic, intimate relationship with God, too. Reverend Morley wants to help inspire people to become disciples of Jesus and to inspire disciples to become apostles. Reverend Morley lives in Basking Ridge with his loving wife and two daughters.

She taught first grade and kindergarten in the Scotch Plains/Fanwood school district for 25 years and as an adjunct at William Paterson University for 11 years.

Mr. Dobson is a retired fixed income trader, having worked for 25 years in institutional sales and trading in the corporate loan market. Bill served as a Managing Director and Head of Loan Trading at Macquarie Capital USA from September 2016 until March 2019. Bill was the co-head of Loan Trading at Deutsche Bank Securities in New York from July 2009 until June of 2016.

He spent 37 years in the Bell System, managing various areas of engineering, manufacturing, sales and information system technology. In retirement, Ron served as a Trustee of the Chatham United Methodist Church and volunteered as a project manager.

He serves on the NaCCRA Board, the Past President of ORANJ, serving on the Legislative Committee resulting in the Veteran’s Property Tax Refund Bill and is a deacon at the Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church. Mr. Whalin also co-leads the Ipad Club with the assistance of high school students to help other residents at Fellowship Village with their electronic devices. Ron received his BS in Mechanical Engineering at New Mexico State University, his Masters in Mechanical Engineering at New York University and his Masters in Electrical Engineering at Rutgers University.

Dr. Judy Pasnik moved into Fellowship Village as a resident in 2017 with her husband Michael. Her professional career was spent as a doctor of physical therapy. She worked with Brigham Hospital, The American Leprosy Mission, the VNA of Somerset Hills and founded Somerset Hill Physical Therapy, PC with offices in Basking Ridge and Bedminster.

Dr. Pasnik earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Tufts University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University. Here at the Village, she’s enjoyed being a part of the Village Players in several of their productions. She is also chair of the Marketing Committee and chair of the Fellowship Foundation.

Her volunteer experience has included several leadership roles on local and national boards, through the Basking Ridge Presbyterian Church, Somerset Hills YMCA, VNA of Somerset Hills, PTPN-NJ Chapter, The Presbyterian Church USA’s Committee on the Theological Education and Frost Valley YMCA.

His initial skills were developed in the fast-paced kitchen at the Short Hills Hilton in Short Hills. In 2002, he opened up Delicious Heights, a small delicatessen in Berkeley Heights. Five years later he opened up his first full-service restaurant bar and grill (also named Delicious Heights in Berkeley Heights). Today he is the part-owner of three successful restaurants and two sophisticated banquet venues.

He credits his parents for his cooking talents and ambitious work ethic. If Ralph had a personal motto it would be, “Dream it, think it, do it. Repeat. He is supported by his wife Ioana and their two daughters.
