Andy graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina with a degree in Health & Exercise Science with honors. He then went on to complete his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and a MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from University of Massachusetts Amherst. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife (who is also a PT) and young daughter.

Mary is also a Geriatric Clinical Specialist, with advanced clinical knowledge in geriatrics, certified by the APTA. Mary enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.

Lisa is a certified clinical fieldwork educator for students in the Rutgers School of Health Professions, Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. In this role, Lisa instructs and guides students in fulfilling their clinical fieldwork as part of the program’s curriculum. She has been awarded the NJ Occupational Therapy Association Award of Merit for Excellence in Fieldwork Education.

She has over 10 years of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in subacute, long term care, assisted living and outpatient settings. When not working, Joanne enjoys riding and taking care of horses.

Kimberly is a state licensed and nationally certified Speech Language Pathologist. She completed her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Seton Hall University in 2011.

She also holds a BS in Speech language pathology from Bloomsburg University, with concentrations in Exceptionalities (Special Education) and Spanish. She earned her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in 2009, and maintains annual membership. Kimberly has nearly 7 years of practice in within sub-acute rehabilitation, assisted living, and long term care settings. She also has professional experience working with adults with severe physical and intellectual disabilities and outpatient adult and pediatric clients. Kimberly is a certified VitalStim provider and has attended continuing education courses on the use of technology for cognitive interventions. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, especially her young daughter.

Patty Thaute is a Board Certified and State Licensed Massage Therapist. She started her massage therapy career in 2001 at The Spa at The Hilton Short Hills and in 2007 joined the Integrative Medicine Department at Morristown Memorial Hospital where she provided in-patient massage and related services.

Patty opened her private practice in 2013, joined Fellowship Senior Living in 2015 and recently became the massage therapist for Fellowship Garden State Hospice. In addition to her extensive work experience, Patty volunteers her services at The Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. Patty’s experience and practice focuses on providing massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, acupressure and reflexology to seniors. Patty also provides support and massage services for the critically ill, hospice patients and their caregivers.
