Dr. Van Orden received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with Honors from Wake Forest University in North Carolina, his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Washington University in St. Louis, and his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a 2020 Fellow of the Leading Age Larry Minnix Leadership Academy.
Dr. Van Orden began his career at Fellowship as a practicing Physical Therapist in 2010 and assumed his current role as the Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness in 2016.

Lisa is a certified clinical fieldwork educator for students in the Rutgers School of Health Professions, Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. In this role, Lisa instructs and guides students in fulfilling their clinical fieldwork as part of the program’s curriculum. She has been awarded the NJ Occupational Therapy Association Award of Merit for Excellence in Fieldwork Education.

Patty opened her private practice in 2013, joined Fellowship Senior Living in 2015 and recently became the massage therapist for Fellowship Garden State Hospice. In addition to her extensive work experience, Patty volunteers her services at The Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. Patty’s experience and practice focuses on providing massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, acupressure and reflexology to seniors. Patty also provides support and massage services for the critically ill, hospice patients and their caregivers.

Lisa served on the U.S. Masters Swimming National Sports medicine and Science and Fitness Committees and coached the Long Island Masters Swim team for 5 years.  She is a founding member of Girls On The Run Nassau County (NY) and served on their Board of Directors.

Lisa has run 10 marathons, countless half marathons and competed in numerous Olympic distance triathlons across the country.  She has been featured in both Swimmer and MORE Magazines.  Lisa lived in Southwest Florida from 2016 to 2020 and is a happy new resident of New Jersey!
