We are now offering live streaming of our Wellness Programs and Virtual Training. Whether you are looking to attend a class with a group or sign up for individual training, we have an option for everyone. Browse our exercise classes and virtual training options below.
Strength & Conditioning Exercise Class: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:45-9:30AM. Suitable for all independent residents and fitness levels this class combines strength, balance and flexibility exercises using free weights, resistance bands and body weight.
Stretch & Flex: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11AM. This 30 minute class seated chair exercise class offers a modified program suitable for all fitness levels. All exercises are done while seated in a sturdy chair and no equipment is needed. This class will increase your flexibility, strength and endurance in a safe environment.
Yoga & Meditation Class: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:30PM. Take the time to sit, stretch, strengthen and relieve stress during this 45 minute class. Suitable for all fitness levels and is a perfect complement to your strength and conditioning workouts.
Let’s Have a Ball with Balance Class: Sundays at 1:30PM. Have fun moving to music and performing exercises to increase muscle strength and improve daily movement. This 45 minute class will boost balance, coordination and reaction time while strengthening muscles around the ankles, knees and hip joints. Suitable for all fitness levels and is perfect for those working to improve balance.
Virtual Rehab & Wellness Training: As part of the Rehab Wellness team’s continued support of living a healthy lifestyle we will be expanding our virtual fitness programming to include Virtual Personal Training. You will be guided and coached through comprehensive exercise routines designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance. FaceTime or Zoom will be used for these one-on-one sessions.
Virtual Yoga and Meditation: One-on-one yoga or meditation sessions are available through FaceTime or Zoom. Each session is designed to increase flexibility, promote better sleep and an increased sense of calm. Meditation has been shown to decrease stress and anxiety and allow for a greater sense of well being.
Whether your personal training sessions have been placed on hold due to the pandemic or you feel your exercise program could use the expertise of one of our trainers. Virtual training is now available to provide specific programming for strength, balance and flexibility.
